Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice pool, convenient parking, pleasant outside sitting area, good food in the bar/restaurant.

Staff was friendly

The indoor pool was open for hotel guests only in the morning from 7.oo-10.oo. and then again from 18.oo. - the toilet flush only went "halfway." - the TV picture was disturbed by several vertical stripes, despite our advice it was not changed. - the sausage offer at the breakfast was VERY clear, on the 2nd morning there was none at all at 9:15 am. - the water in the shower did not run off o. only very slowly. ... and that with four stars!?!?!?

The pool was in poor condition. Counter current system without function. There were no bathrobes at the hotel. Walls colourless. Ceiling badly made. Door frame swollen.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and created a nice atmosphere. The location was good, close to the town center and the train station. The breakfast selection was quite nice and had a good variety of options.

The service was very slow, especially in the restaurant. We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and not very appetizing.

Room was good sized, it was enough for me. Good choice for your vacations in Merseburg. Location, a short walk to all attractions.

The parking place with 8,00 Euro or the garage with 10,00 Euro is definitely too expensive. This was also NOT mentioned in the description. Public parking hardly possible. The sauna and swimming pool does not meet 4 star standards. The bed is very small at 0.80 x 200.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a train line which makes it easy to get around. the rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities like a DVD player. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a good variety with high-quality food. the highlight was the pool, which was clean and well-maintained despite the spa being closed due to renovation.

The nearby train line was a bit noisy at times which might be bothersome to light sleepers.

King-size bed / double bed was booked and there were 2 separate beds in the room.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting outside in the hotel's seating area. The staff at the bar were friendly and provided excellent service.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms clean and well equipped. Central location.

The noise from the railway line running right next to the hotel is extremely loud when the window is open.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable facilities at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff at the bar were friendly and the outside sitting area was a great place to relax. The breakfast menu was impressive with a wide range of options and the quality of the food was excellent.

Although the hotel was unable to accommodate our larger group initially, they managed to find a solution for us. The baby bed provided at first did not have a mattress, but when requested, they promptly brought one.

Friendliness of the staff. Food in the restaurant/bar, the tomato soup is excellent and great steaks.

Had two different rooms and the refrigerator in both rooms did not work, asked them to fix this but it never was. No English TV news channel even though they are supposed to have CNN. They could not get it to work.

We were very happy with everything , going to stay there again
